I would like to take the opportunity to introduce myself . I am the owner of a small engineering business situated North of Manchester ,England. My firm is a general Welding and Fabrication business predominately specializing in the design and manufacture of machinery to the food processing industry . Although I also provide a 24 hour breakdown assistance to the food and concrete industry. This includes providing a preventative maintenance scheme which covers not only mechanical but pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.

I left school in 1991 and secured an apprenticeship at a local engineering business where within the 6 years that i worked there I progressed from apprentice welder to site foreman over seeing and project managing several large installations for businesses such as Warburtons the bakers.

I went onto further education and night school and gained qualifications in several welding processes such as MMA,TIG,MIG and Gas welding . I also attended college one day a week for three years and passed my City In Guilds Level Three in Technical Drawing, Thermal Cutting , Structural Steel Work , Welding and Fabrication all of the above I passed at Grade A

After leaving this company to establish my business I have specialized in the Fabrication and welding of Stainless steel and aluminium projects both in thin plate and heavy applications . I am well up to date on all the current welding and fabricating processes and feel that i could be a valuable member of your business.

I am looking to immigrate to Australia and in particular Jurien Bay as i am a keen skydiver and a lover of the outdoors. I have researched Jurien Bay and i believe it to be a great place to live and work. I currently work a minimum of 60 hours per week and up to 18 hours per day as well as the day to day administration that the business demands. I am looking forward to the challenges that moving to a new country and starting within a new job faces but i am confident that i will raise to the challenge.

I will be travelling to Jurien within the next few weeks on a tourist visa to have a look around the area and seek employment and sponsorship for the future.
