This afternoon got a Spam call from an Indian sounding man who told me something was wrong with my Windows.( aka on my computer) I immediately burst out laughing & said exactly how stupid do you really think people are, aren't you aware that the majority of Aussies already know of this scam you are trying to pull because it has been going on for ages now.
I didn't think of it till later but if I ever get the call again I am going to say "OH so their is a problem with my windows, I didn't realise that they were so bad,why don't you be a kind person & come around & clean them for me " <LOL>

Claimed to be from Microsoft in London and that they had been monitoring suspicious behavoir on my computer for several weeks. Was I aware of that? I replied that I was aware he was a scammer and hung up on him. As usual, an Indian accent.

Received a call from Indian sounding man telling me that there was a problem with malicious virus in windows. I asked if he could tell me how this happens when I have a virus protection, he continued to speak over me and tell me that it does not pick up issues with windows, I kept him going around in circle for 5mins then told him that I was sick of these sort of scam calls and that I had had him on the phone long enough that the call could now be tracked and he hung up straight away.
I am so sick of these calls, I wish they could be blocked.

Received call from Indian sounding guy asking me if I was aware that Microsoft headquarters in London had been detecting suspicious activity on my computer for several weeks, I said that I was aware that he was a scammer and hung up.

Just got a call from these 'people' who said hello and then hung up. I called the number back and got a message saying the number was not in service. And am on the do not call register. What's the point?

scam - caller hung up when I questioned his reason/s for calling (he said possible windows virus!!!).....

Had a phone call from this Indian female which took a while to respond when I said "hello" as she was speaking I knew this was a scam phone call and I said I have got your phone number recorded and sending it tote police and she hanged up very quickly.

Ferd up with these callers !!
