Caller: Automated message

Claimed to be from ATO and legal proceedings were against me.
Asked for a callback (DO NOT DO THIS).

Caller: Random call

said from ATO.
Dodgy number dont call them back

weird, I called back , Indian call centre, very busy back ground noise. didn't seem normal. couldn't understand lady properly so asked three times who it was. she said ato then asked for my name. then abruptly hung up.
so if it was , I have idea why they called...Indian call centre a**holes

Also received automatic message claiming to be from "Legal Department of Australia Taxation Office" with legal claims against me. Didn't call back as figure ATO would contact me directly rather leave auto msg.

Left message as I didn't pick up the call. Claimed to be from ATO.

Same for me. Claiming to be from the ATO. Obvious and dim witted scam attempt.
