A poorly created digital voice message that threatened me with an Arrest if I didn't call the number back. There's more of a chance of me becoming a Calvin Klein model than falling for this complete and utter disgraceful attempt of a scam.

I also received the same call from the same number today. I hung up as soon as they said I was being sued assuming it was a scan (why would an automated voice call to tell me I'm being sued) and then googled the number. Thank you for your post.

Same voice message received, sounds super dodge, worst of all is I am in NSW. One would think they first spam people from WA.

SCAM ALERT. I have just had a call from (08) 9467 5796. It was a digitally generated recorded voice message claiming to be from ATO. Advised I am being sued and threatened that if I do not call back on the advised number immediately an arrest warrant would be issued.😂

Scam alert. Do NOT speak with the caller. Purport to be ATO and have a threatening message. They are likely trying to capture your voice print for identity theft. BEWARE

Second call in as many weeks. Law suit being filed, better ring bet or else. Yeah right !!!
