Voiceover said was from NBN wanting cut off Telstra. Pressed 1 to speak to Dervish. Asked me to get my laptop out... I Hung up. He rang again and said he was from Telstra and someone had tried using my account and that getting my laptop out would assist them to fix the problem. I hung up again.

Called numerous times... Since when does a technician need to speak to the customer? Anyway today my mother told her to hold on so she could speak to me. She promptly hung up the phone.

Honestly this country is getting overrun by numerous scam callers daily. I have a whole sh*tlist of them that I am blocking and they are still trying to get through!

Wants you to press a digit to talk to a technician. I have been getting this call for about 5 months at 2 different addresses with same landline number but all is still working. Do not trust this number.

I, too, have had numerous robocalls from “Nicole from NBN”, from this and other numbers, threatening to disconnect my NBN. These calls are a complete scam. They keep changing phone numbers, so it’s impossible to block them!

They just hang up. Block them.
