Dear Sir or Madam,
I am contacting you from Cancer Council WA, my name is Colleen McCoy and I am the Volunteer Coordinator for our national events.
As you may be aware Cancer Council WA are a not for profit organisation who raise essential funds for vital cancer research, prevention programs and support services for patients and their families.
As our organisation is so reliant on our wonderful volunteers we are always seeking new ways to communicate with potential volunteers. A high proportion of our Daffodil Day & Pink Ribbon Day volunteers are those who are retired and have a little more free time on their hands. So we where thinking your organisation may be a good way to reach new potential volunteers.
We were wondering if your organisation would either be able to advertise some event volunteering opportunities or possibly be interested in volunteering.
