Caller: They say it was Telstra

I am finding it difficult to understand why a person from India talks to me saying they are from Telstra and then I experienced difficulty in understanding their accent.. If this is legit, I'm disappointed that we can't speak to fluently English speaking customer service staff..because I doubted this person I told the person on the phone I didn't believe he was from Telstra and hung up.
