sorry about this as with the arrangement I made with you I thought everything was fine until I got the threating letter from you It would have been nice if there was a problem call me. as a result I investergate my bank and found the set up direct debit did nor go through many apologise for that but again dont let things get out of hand after a couple of payment did not go through dont you think flags start waving COMMUNICATE.

hey keith you need to call me asap as I tried to call 04/01/2014 aprox 9.30 am regarding account I want to resolve this matter but as it turns out the final notice I recieved on the 03/01/2014 was dated buy you on the 12/2013 and on postage envolope 13/12/2013 but only got the friggin thing 03/01/2014 australia post has been given a not a nice email of why it took so long to get here I cant do anything without KNOWING and buy the way I requested a full statement of account have not recieved I would like to make payment arrangement with you but I need a statement to knoe exactly what i am pay for .
