I ordered Singapore mee fen today and it came out with red sauce wet mee fen !!! I went back with the dish and advise the boss this is not Singapore mee fen, it suppose to cook with curry powder and can't be wet !!! The boss only say this our style and that is how we cook the Singapore mee fen ... I was so angry because she didn't offer to refund my money or cook another dish, all she said is this is our style !!! So I retuned the full plate to her arrrrg so angry !!!
