Was literally threatened told to pay. Huge amount in a product they feel I took,out in 2018 after 4 yrs arrears and never received one email or text stating it was behind. I don’t recall it at all and the price of it I never would have gotten it . I’m not a huge money earner for a firewall security product. Jeff threatened me to make a payment after I said I can5 afford it and the.n lowered it and then nearly felll over hsi words re me trying to say I’ll pay it when I get proof that I took this subscription out and want a invoice before I pay anything back as wasn’t giving my card details in a email over the internet las5 night. He was getting angry as was I re the stress he was Turing me under and all his words felt like a scam even though he was saying this is legit and they couldn’t contact consumer for 4 yrs til renewal happens . No calls til this weekend harassing me . My fiancé had to step in after nearl a hr on the mob with this Jeff saying send us paperwork to her email which he said nope or he would lock my iPad. He then demanded my fiancé pay now the 1200 omg and then wouldn’t still say yes I was trying to be helpful re payment plan but if this is a scam was going to report to the police . From 5.14 pm 8/3/24 til 6.40pm we were arguing with this guy. I don’t recall it I don’t think this is real and if they can5 provide proof re me taking up this offer and they let it run for 4 yrs arrears that’s on them . So we shall see if I get a call on the 1/5/24 better not as I have reported all numbers there were a few to cyber security
