WE are camped near the weir and sometimes use the shortcut along the gas pipeline directly opposite the causeway.
I have found the gate open at the end and have closed it three times with a rope and each time we go along this somebody is talking the latch off and throwing it away.
As an ex farmer, I understand that gates should always be closed.
I have a feeling that ti may be the people form Wheatstone campsite as they often go along this track.
If it is to be left open , please let me know.
