This is a Russian call centre that purports to be a licenced stock brocker operating in the U.K. A person with a eastern european accent probably Russian, asked me to set up a broker account with them. They dircted me to a web site https://www.tradingview.com (see details below)

I asked them for their ASFL which they said they did not know what that meant and then told me a I was wrong and did not need a licence in Australia. When I said they did need an AFSL to operate a financial services product here in Australia. The operator had no clue what that meant and after arguing wiht me for 10 minutes calling me a d*ckhead after I said I was going to report them to ASIC, hung up on me. I am receiving calls from them every day. Website maybe genuine and they may be just piggybacking off the site.
