Caller: scammer - but a new type in my experience

Non-Australian accented person saying I'd won a laptop.
Had the choice of color and whether it would be delivered to home or PO
All I had to do was give him some names and numbers from my phone contacts
I gave him one made up name and the above number (and he didn't recognize it)
But he wanted more and I said I had none.
He then wanted to confirm my name and address. I said you must already have them - and he did read out my name.
Then I hung up.
But they tried to call me back twice in the next couple of minutes but I picked up and hung up straight away.
