Caller: Male with a sub-continent accent

'Phoned me 3 times in one day, I 'phoned back but received a Telstra message suggesting number didn't exist. He 'phoned back later the same day and said he was from Telstra APN - I replied I thought it was a scam and he promptly hung-up.

This number has called on my landline every quarter to half an hour for the last four hours. No message left on voice mail. Answered the call once and said hello several times but although I could hear voices in the background that sounded like a foreign language, nobody answered and I hung up. Thought it might be a misdialled fax call but no fax pitch sound when I answered. Have blocked the number using a Panasonic telephone handset blocking facility. Nuisance!
