I live just off of New West Road and as you probably know there has just been a new phone tower installed by Possums Deli on New West Road/Duncan Avenue. Since this has been installed our TV has been going haywire. We haven't had Channel 10 for over a week. We have 3 TV's in our house and they are all the same. It's been dropping in and out and when it is being picked up it's very pixelated and unwatchable. Now tonight (Sunday) all the channels on our TV have dropped out completely. We have pre-programmed our TV's countless times and still nothing. As you can understand we are not very happy. Since this is not our doing but something we believe is due to some interference from the Mobile Phone Tower, we would like to be compensated and someone sent around to fix it at your cost. I'm sure we are not the only people in the area as there has been some chatter on FB about this issue. I will be sending this email to Southern Cross TV as well.
