That is COMPLETELY false Cindy. That number (08) 8490 4250 belongs to Harrison Health Research in Kent Town, Adelaide. They are in the phone book. (This comment should not be counted as a complaint, rather a correction of a false comment.)

Rings two or three times a day. I never answer and they never leave a message. I am on the do not call register.

Sick of them ringing me 2or 3 times a day. I have the do not call register But this no (08) 8490 4250 still gets through. This has been going on for 3 to 4 weeks now. Even on the weekends. I answered them once and said no thanks. Maybe they don't understand the word NO. 😠

I've sent these bozos my usual request. basically "Desist or I'll report you. Don't attemp further communication, it will confirm my suspicions that you are a bogus setup. " After all, if Harrison Research in Kent Town, South Australia, is a legitimate firm, why don't they at least speak when ringing a potential (what the hell is a person willing to give a shed load of personal info to a total stranger called? Gullible has to precede the term) mark

This mob rang and said they wanted me to do their survey, i said no, i wasn't interested in doing the survey . Their answer was " we will ring you back later."
Enough is enough, what part on no don't they understand?

Yep, I'm being harassedby calls from this nnumber. It's a good reminder to register on the do not call register. In the meantime my phone is blocking :)

I have received 2 missed calls from this number. They do not ring long enough for me to answer, and the second time my phone did not even ring. They leave no message either.

They find out about your thoughts about health campaigns and help the government make decisions about where to spend health care money, whether anti tobacco campaigns are working, who has what kind of disease or risk factor so that money can be spent where its needed. We need to participate in research so that universities and other researchers can get a representative picture of the whole of the population - not just the little old ladies who are home during the day who can answer their phones! They call a few times so that they can up their response rates and make the research more valid, useful and representative. If you don't want to participate, just answer and say no thanks!

They rang in regards to TIO research survey. very lovely, no issues, just asked a few questions to answer between 0-10 and only rang twice today.

84904250: It's a market research company not a tele-marketing company - the general pubic don't seem to understand the difference. Suggest you answer the phone and either do their surveys or say no thanks. It's not rocket science. Some people just love to get their knickers in a knot over nothing

They have been calling me non-stop for over 4 weeks now. just last week they rang 6 times in 1 day. starting to get really annoyned

You'd think after trying a home number for weeks daily at all different times they would give up, but I have a missed call from this number daily.

Recorded msg saying someone will call me back later and said company name was something like Houseman Research

These people called me at 8pm n a weeknight - saying they where from TIO Insurnace and were looking for my boss ( who passed away 2yrs ago ).

They called at 7.45pm and asked for my husband by name.....we have a silent number!! I called the number back and got an answering machine saying that the number was for the 'communications centre for housing research'
Scammers no doubt...
