I took my dog to Suds Dog Wash. The machine had broken down. There was no notice or number to call. Very disappointed.

Put my car thru your automatic wash and it didn't look any different when it came out.there was bird crap on the roof ,it was still there after wash.

Took my f****** money and did not deliver the service. Would not answer mobiles listed on site. Very angry I want my money back or I will take this further.

Hi everyone, I went to use the Suds carwash at Mount Barker and paid $16.50 for an Automatic car wash. I drove through and nothing happened, reversed, re drove through, still nothing........... After doing this a few times, I finally contemplated defeat and that nothing will happen. **The money vending machines are working well.

Just put $7 in your centre bay at Suds CAR WASH and got absolutely nothing! None of the options worked...no number to ring up anywhere....total sham...will not be back!

Just at Suds car wash and the machine completely froze mid wash. Always seem to have problems here. Not happy! >:(

Your car wash is a sh*tfull mess ! Car is cleaner when you arrive . Brushes are horrid and look like they have been there since Jesus was a child . Change gets taken but yet does not count . Suds as a business should be very upset at you as a owner ! You have no respect for your customers or service to them ... Have some respect !

there was no pre wash soap, no tar and bug remover and no spot free finish. tried all for at least 20 seconds each so they should have been working. I will not return there again.
