Caller: AGL Debt Collection in india

My account was pending investigation due to the incompetence of then performing a disconnect and reconnect 2 existing households on the same property they disconnected 1 wouldn't disconnect the other and then later only connected one it was a mess.
When I spoke to this debt collector she informed me that chicken see that I have a pending investigation but they're gonna continue to call me and I said if you do so I'll be reporting you to the omnismen because that is harassment. Turns out they royally screwed up and overcharged me to the tune of $434.
If you ever need to call agl make sure you do so after 6 p.m. because you get the onshore teams. Was informed of this buy the resolutions team in Adelaide.
The onshore team you get will either be from Adelaide or Melbourne

I closed my account with AGL and it's due in 14 days to pay. Received a call from AGL stating that I need to pay my bill now. I was at work and said it's not due now, and I'm serving customers, I can't talk. But they kept calling me every 10 min and demanding that I pay now using my credit card. SCAM!
