I've never answered these calls that have been going on for days
3 times today yesterday and monday
4 times in a row 4 days ago
now I know who they are I'll keep ignoring.....I got something in the mail too but ignored it
if everyone answers and doesnt speak maybe they'll eventually go broke from their phone bill....lol

Does anyone else commenting here owe telstra money or other company's. I think it could be debt collectors but they call hoping you to answer with your name confirming you are who they are looking for?

Seems like they're at it again: calls started today - we're up to four so far. Thanks everyone for writing this down: handy to know. I'm just ignoring them at this stage. Will see how we go. I didn't complete any surveys about bedding: it must be solar related. Scammers.

When these companies call you, Talk in another language or pretend to talk in a different language. When you do that to them they always say "Oh, you dont speak English?" And then they hang up. They never call me back when I do this to them. Whats the use of calling you when you dont understand English!!!! Ha! Works all the time. Try it and have fun with it. You and others will get a great laugh out of it.

Have been receiving calls several times a week for over a year. I don't answer but this doesn't stop them. Not sure why they are so incredibly stupid.

The only way they could have my details is through Synergy or Telstra

Yes these people are relentless, they dont seem to ever give up, I have done as sugguested and now just leave the line open and silent till they hang up. But it doesnt stop them for long

I too. have had the numerous calls and the Craftmatic Bed Sales Consultant wanting to come to my home to demonstrate this bed. I said I wasn't interested and he continually tried to arrange another day or time!! I hang up and I've received at least 5 more calls since leaving background noise on my voice mail - very annoying!

I have had this number just randomly start calling me the last couple of days. When i asnwer they just hang up?

save the number in your phone " dont answer" when it rings dont answer! do not call back they will eventually will stop.

I have talked with these people and they say they are from craftmatic and wish to schedule a demonstration of their products (adjustable beds) and that they got my information from a survey I completed expressing interest in their product, which I had not. I have asked them twice now to remove me from their database but am still receiving calls, maybe I will threaten them with legal action too - lol. Sick of these type of annoying calls

I have had about 50 calls from this number in the past two weeks. It started a couple of weeks ago....a lady with an Asian accent telling me she was from a solar company (never heard her well enough to write down the specific name) telling me that I would be in the running to win $20 000 in solar panels if I booked in a time to get a free energy assessment on my home. She asked for my address details but (luckily) because I was on away on holidays I told her to contact me again later. Upon returning from holidays I decided that I wasn't interested in her energy assessment and told her that when she next called. Though she continued to call. About 20 phone calls later I told her to stop trying to contact me and remove my phone details from her system. Today, and about 50 phone calls, later I have told her the same thing much more forcefully. Let hope she stops this harassment.

These people call me up every so often, but when i pick up the line goes dead immediately. I called them up but got a whole lot of background noise and some kind of 'hold' music. Can we stop these people?

Sick of these people calling when I'm trying to sleep!! I'm a night shift worker!! have just registered with do not call so will see if that works!! as yet I have never got to answer a call from them but they come in regularly while I'm asleep and when I tried to call back I got answering machine that dropped out!!!

My solution appears to have worked...after not answering a ridiculous number of calls I answered but just left phone without saying anything...confused "hellos", whispered consultation, background noise - then - they went away! Nothing since!!! This works on telemarketers too!!
