This certegy Aust Ltd is charging me via direct debit twice a month for $35.12 and $31.62 respectively. I cannot remember I signed direct debit authority and I definitely I don't owe them nothing. How can I stop this charges and been able to get refund?

Called to make a general enquiry, received the rudest clerical service IMO, ever.. He even denied being rude, denied conversation, including foul language, told him he was being recorded, & abused me even worse then before, now, we're long time customers..
Called again to speak to manager, It was the same guy again, claiming the manager was him.. Anyone know who we can contact about our terrible experience? Thank you

I bought 2 single beds from Certegy Aust Ltd over 30 months ago and still payments are coming out of my account. I have tried several times to contact you but you alway fail to respond.
