They said they were the lottery hotline and to wait and an agent will answer your call. So a scam.

Keep getting calls, and due to work I miss them but they never leave messages !

My voicemail clearly picks up a call centre background noise before call disconnects, doubt it would be Phoenix society totally annoying if it is.

Rings and if you do not pick up , leaves a message of total silence. Seems to me this is a scam to phone this number back and get charged exorbitant call costs.
