No identification who they are. Scam

Automated female Asian sounding voice stating I had a warrant for my arrest for tax evasion and that they had received a registered letter back without a signature. Call terminated at this point.

I received a message about tax avoidance/imminent arrest, similar to others. Ignore. Smells of a scam. It is an interstate number...I am in an 03 area code whereas the call originated from 08.
