Caller had such bad english and a strong accent that I kept telling them i could not understand them. After 4 tries at communicating with each other they hung up. In the background there was a lot of construction sounds such as hammering and power tools. Pathetic scamming attempt.

Indians ? offering 40% discount on water. Kept saying they were from Sydney. Extremely poor English. ''Is the last four digits of your phone number xxxx?"
I said no. You have called a confidential police number. I asked him to stay on the line as we were tracing the call and asked for his last name and date of birth....which he gave.!!!!
