Trying to sell raffle tickets by telling me I was chosen at random by Phoenix database! Never heard of them!

Rang claiming to be 'Phoenix' and that they had spoken to me last week (which they hadn't - never heard of them). Claiming they spoke about a lottery ticket, the cause was vague but caller started to say 'Animal...' and that my address had not been accepted by their mailing system. hardly suprising as I have never spoken to them, and therefore could not have given any details! They claimed they were going to go back and listen to their transaction recording! Caller claimed to be Renee.
