Caller: "Telstra"

Strong Indian accent claiming to be from Telstra . Wanted to connect to my computer because my computer is going to crash due to a virus and it is not safe. He would not give me instructions to write down, he would only give me instructions if I worked on my computer to help him connect. He knew my name and address, and told me he was ringing from Telstra headquarters in Melbourne. He gave me the correct address of the Telstra headquarters in Melbourne.
