Answers call. Chaotic background sounds. No greetings from the other end. Call ended. Blocked.

I answered politely only to hear some quick muttering then they hungup the idiots.

Have received a number of calls from this number. No one talks. Have tried to call back but get a voice message stating my call is important and an operator will be with me shortly
