I don't recall a telephone call from this lot but they have taken £99 out of my bank account without my authorisation. I did buy some items from Spacebags and according to this site, that's how they got my details. I'll be calling them in the morning for a refund. (For others who suffer at their hands, their is a free phone number - rather than the 0871 that they supply. It's 0800 0512121) Will also report them in line with John's advice (http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/08712242255) and intend contacting the Information Commissioner about the abuse of the Data Protection Act (I did not authorise Spacebags to pass my details to anyone else.) I'd been so pleased with the Spacebags - now I'll be advising friends and family to have nothing to do with the company.
