Received call when I replied to a face book post they are Scammers I called number back says it is not in service

Just received a call from this number today and the caller spoke with a very thick accent.
It was all about getting rebates for solar panels, which I have nothing to do with as my house was installed with these panels only months ago.
I think they are scammers.

Unsolicited call

Came up as suspected spam on my phone, but it was an SA number so I answered it. No one there, so I hung up. Reported & blocked.

Caller: Telemarketer

Just block em

Missed the first call, left no message. Answered when rang again about an hour later. The caller just hung up.

Clearly phishing or scammers (someone was there, but hung up)

Caller: I think it was solar something

I couldn’t hear them properly, sounded like they were calling from a bathroom, when I asked them to repeat themselves they hung up.

English was atrocious
They prattled so fast, I could barely understand
I have never registered with any Solar Company for a rebate or support other than my Energy Company.
I’m already getting a Solar discount

Hung up when answered.
