Caller: WHEN I ASKED THEY SAID PRICE CUTTER FOR GAS USAGE/BILL THERE NUMBER SHOWN UP ON THE SCREEN - I ASKED HIM FOR HIS NUMBER AND HE SAID I CAN HELP YOU WITH EVERYTHING TODAY! I SAID THAT THIS WAS A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY NOT RESIDENTIAL - HE PUT THE PHONE DOWN. WHEN I RANG BACK THE NUMBER IT WAS UNAVAILABLE
