Scammer pretending to be from a gas company, got rude when I started asking questions.

Caller: Indian guy don’t recall the “company”

Something about a gas bill, this is about the 5th call from similar Perth numbers. They offer price cuts on gas bills. But they quickly get angry when you poke holes in their story.

This woman rang me and asked me whether I was with kleenheat or alinta gas and when I asked who they were she gave me some story about being an independent company and asked she asked the question again. When I told her very politely i’m renting and the gas company is in contract with the house owner instead (it isn’t) she hung up on me. Lol rude.

Scam caller pretending to be from AGL Gas offering 40% discount and refunds on my gas bill. Quality of the call was so bad could almost not understand him. He quickly became impatient and hung up.

Hung up after I answered. Nothing said or heard.

Said "why did i do that? Thats illegal" when i asked who it was they said "there are police all around now" then they hung up.

Wanted to get Alinta or kleenheat gas bill number. Claiming massive discounts. person on the line seem very frustrated when you ask questions. Scam

f*ckoff, just got this called from this number 65556854, talking about what cut what company about, I asked what company calling from and why U calling for what, they hung up

scam. call me at 8 pm and not in the morning or afternoon. Block this number from 086555xxxx ,xxxxxx.

A lady rang with the number and say is gas company, telling that people can get discounts with they bill, i said not interested. she bloody hang the phone up before me!

Hung up when I answered

a lady called me from this number, and told me that they are a resource company that can offer me 40% off the gas bill. She wants to know why they can give me such a high discount, so she ask me if possible to know my meter number. What will happend if I had given them my MIRN? I am so worry about that as quite a lot say this if a scammer.

Call a couple times to my mobile, I answered and they knew my name and then said ‘never mind’ and then hung up

So annoyed with these people!!!! I've blocked them but they still get through somehow.

Intimidating, that they knew my name. Gas bill offer bla bla blaaaaaaaaa..... I said I am not interested and kept talking. I put the phone away let them talk. I said I am not interested again, when they said, well well.... okaaaaaaaaay

Caller: Gas company - Britte Carter??

Guy was calling on behalf of all WA gas companies that were taking over billing for all WA gas companies. I couldn't recall or understand the name of the Company (sounded like "Bright Carter") - I asked him to spell it and all I got was B-R-I-T-T-E. He asked how much discount I was getting with Alinta, prompting me that is was 35% - yes? I then asked where he got my number and he hung up.

I don't have gas connected at my house.

I'm Indian... but f*ck those Indian c*nts.

This is a scam number trying to tell you about gas price comparison. They said my full name over the phone and I have no idea how they knew that.

Another scam call. I've now had these pricks call me from this number and two other similar numbers (08) 6555 6871 and (08) 6555 6881.

Another unsolicited call. Hangs up after only a few rings. Didn't leave a voicemail message.
