The problem with these people is that if you donate once they keep coming back for more and even though it is a worthy cause, there are a number of other worthy causes. We can't donate to all of them! Aside from that, being in small business I can't afford to take calls from charities and peanuts selling solar panels end telephone plans etc., I am trying to make dollar ot two.

I have had 4 calls from this number recently From a Cisco Unity company, calling for the same reason, looking for a person who has changed their name to mine and has a different date of birth. They will not take my word i am not this person they say they are looking for.

have seen this condition personally also. Still annoys me about the phone calls. The Cancer council makes millions for research with the ride to conquer cancer. Maybe something like that can help.

They ring at least twice a week. I have them on call block. The worse part is MS WA have ruined it for
other States like Queensland and N.S.W. which would sometimes call but never harassed like this organisation. I nearly always gave to Qld and N.S.W. but not any more. If the national body can't control MS WA then what hope for us.

These people are leeches on society. Little of the money actually goes to those in need. Shame on them.

Whilst at a consultation on Wednesday, 8 June 2016, I received a telephone call around 6.00pm and I advised the caller (Male) that I would call back later. Immediately, I switched off my mobile phone. I switched on my mobile phone late night. I observed that the telephone number of the terminated call was (08) 6454 3200 and observed four missed calls from 61 430902870, devoid of any voice mail.

Being suspicious, I searched online on the source of (08) 6454 3200. To my horror, I discovered several complaints of spam calls from (08) 6454 4300 purported to being from MS Lottery, since February 2013. I believe the four missed calls from 0430 902 870 are related to the caller on landline (08) 6454 3200; and hence spam calls too.

I reported the above contents to MSWA. I am hopeful that MSWA would take action.

Alex, my niece has it. So I am well aware of how horrible it is. Still doesn't mean I'm going to give my credit card details to some random dude over the phone.

You have no right to judge what other people know or feel.

If any of you people who complain about MSS actually met, or know someone with this condition, I doubt you'd have such a dismissive and insensitive attitude toward them. This is an incurable crippling disease that changes the lives of the sufferer and everyone around them. Sure; nobody likes continuous invasive phone calls so why not let the MSS know how you feel and maybe make some positive suggestions about how they can change their fund raising tactics. God knows they get precious little help from the government.
