Just got a call from this number (10.15am 04/01/17) foreign sounding man - said he was from Optus and wanted to arrange for someone to meet me face to face to discuss phone plans -(I am with Telstra on the number he rang) I said I will check the web - and he said no no no - these plans are so new they're not even listed on the Optus website yet. Is Optus resorting to blind dates!!!

Has called numerous time to our business. Lady became very nasty and keeps calling and asking for me by name. Then puts me on hold. Waste of our time. Tried calling them back, gives disconnected tone.

Said they were from the NBN (very vague) and were enquiring about the number of mobile phones and landlines we had so the NBN tower could cope in our area - very evasive when I was trying to ask for more information to decide if it was legitimate or not - she just kept on saying the same thing (scripted)

Said they were form Optus, called to speak to whoever is in control of our phones here (they didn't know this person's name) I asked if i could take a message but they said they would try again later and asked me for the name of the person in charge of the phones and what their position was. Telemarketer/Scammer for sure.

I was called again by (08) 6377 8150 they claim to be Optus wanting to make appointment for someone to come to my house to discuss services in my area I rang optus and would you believe I got an indian call centre and they hung up on me when I questioned them over the call I had earlier, sounds like something dirty is going on here with OPTUS I rang optus Sydney Head office couldn't care less, same with there shops, offices and call centres. Well this recruitment process is not going to win Optus any friends. PS I am on "do no call" list, and blocked over seas numbers the only way they could ring me is through a satalite phone that goes through an Australian Phone number which is what they have done.

rang, hung up as soon as I answered, tried to call it back, mailbox is full. Block them and move on. It's some sort of canvas call.

I get a call around 9:30 am every morning from this number. They never leave a message so it is clearly another call centre nuisance.
