They didn't say who they are, they start with hello Mr (first name) can you please tell me your first name please. They didn't even know that the name they said was my first name. I asked who they are, they said tell me your details first. I said no!!!! Then I said, why should I give someone my details if I do not know who they are! They then hung up.
