Blocked the number, reassured by reading everyone's comments

serial pest - 8 calls today over a 3 hour period.

Caller: Offered to help connect to NBN

English sounding guy, seemed genuine, but hard to tell if he was for real or not as there are so many scams out there.
Claimed he was calling on behalf of Telstra to assist in connecting to NBN

LOL, if it is Telstra, then clearly they no longer know I'm now with Vodafone!

Absolutely a pest. Fake, scam.

Dam nuisance , buy yourself a high pitched " dog " whistle , remember the number , when they ring , answer and blow the whistle very strongly .

Caller: TSA

She said the call was being recorded but before continuing she needed to confirm my name, date of birth and security pin on my Telstra business account. When I told her "I don't think so" she hung up on me.

Caller: Agent on behalf of Telstra for existing customers

Persistently call twice a day
Got a recorded msg

This number called us but when we picked up the phone, there was no response and hang up.

Rang twice and stopped

Contracted to offer Telstra Products and Services

Caller: They were a company on behalf of telstra

I'd had numerous missed calls from them, Including my phone, the office Mobile and my husbands mobile, all within about 3 minutes of each other, all who happen to be on the same Business bill!
Funny that businesses are excluded from being registered on the do not call list!
