I have a plan These guys are a real nuisance. Soon, I'm re-pranking them. derp derp dep I hate these prank calls Like many people, they call the house phone, hang up as soon as I pick up. Soon, I'm gonna call them back and give them a piece of my mind! Telco group....avoid This number has been ringing me quite a few times in these past days, i've been unable to pick it up because I don't answer unknown calls especially numbers that are not in my state. But after having a search here to find out, I had blocked the caller on my iPhone :) Got 1 call today. I didn't answer because I don't take phone calls from interstate. I have over the 10 week's had up to 5 calls per day from this number. I have also complained to Telstra directly, lets see what they come back with! Go on their website: http://www.tsagroup.com.au/contact/ and tell them to remove you from their calling list, I did, hope it works! I have had many calls from this number (and 6228 4055) since 27 February 2014. I have never answered and on 9 May they rang four times within an hour and a half, I was so peeved I called it back in the afternoon. The message said it was Telstra but when I rang Telstra's 132200 to complain I was advised it wasn't a Telstra number!! They can keep ringing, I ain't going to answer!!! Rude poorly trained cold caller demanding personal information about my "Telstra Services". Was chewing gum while talking. When I told her I doubted she was from Telstra and that I would not tell her what websites I access, she said it was a standard 3 monthly call. When I told her I had been with Telstra for several years and had never received such a call before she got aggressive and rude. Reported the call to Telstra as a scam. If they do actually contract these idiots to market for them, they should know what effect it is having on existing customers. I've been getting these calls for two weeks, I don't answer calls from interstate numbers as I don't know who it is and secondly I don't return calls or answer them next time from people who leave appropriate messages!!! First call - lady saying hello repeatedly for 2 min message. 2nd call - 3 min message of nothing and 3rd call - some moron bloke talking about koalas on a plane to Mexico!! Nothing I've done has stopped them.. So game on they want to play games so can I!!! Said they were from Telstra. Asked me questions about my phone handset, how long I'd had it for, what I use it for and how much internet I use each month. As I am already a Telstra customer, wouldn't they KNOW which handset I have, how much data I use each month, etc.? The guy was friendly and I answered his questions, but said I didn't need internet for my tablet, nor Foxtel (both of which he tried to sell me). He just thanked me for my time and wished me a nice day. I used to work in customer service, so it's always nice to treat the person on the phone with some manners and not make them feel sh*t for already doing a sh*t job. I've had them calling me a few times and then they stopped and just then they rang me twice but hung up as soon as I answered Daily multiple calls. Answer and they hang up. Call back and it has an option to opt out by pressing 2 and it just hangs up I've also been harassed by these ratbags. here's their website address where I rang them & told them in no uncertain terms to go f*ck themselves:
rings my mobile two to three time a day. now i'm just cancelling ring every day same time, if no one talks with in 2 secs and has white noise in background = hangup! Answer phone, they hang up! Time wasters..
