Telemarketers! Tom Smith and Jack Roberts' very heavy Asian accents first alerted me to what sounded like a Telemarket call. Glad I asked for a phone number so I could do a bit of checking.

Yes this company is a SHAM if not a SCAM, I was sucked in and purchased 7 nts of vouchers for $200. Sometimes they answer the phone, sometimes they don't. I have tried to book 4 different holidays, 4 different dates, 4 different locations, if they ever get back to me the deal they offer is absolute crap! They tell me I still have to pay for 1/2 the accommodation. I have demanded a refund to which they agreed but am yet to see it. The saga goes on. Definitely don't go there. Also Scamwatch would not allow me to put it on the website so please spread the word.

Clearly a scam. The best way to shut down these sorts of deals is to fight back. Book something but feel free to give incorrect details, made-up cc numbers, etc. These organisations only manage because the only enquiries they get are worth following up, if we all replied they would not be able to distingue the gullible from those leading them on.

Just had a call from Continental Breaks. Said I had filled in a form at the shopping centre, something I never do and would not use initials from white pages. Very pushy operator. I asked to speak to someone in charge but she just kept on trying to sell a holiday. Told me I had won something from a form I or my husband had filled in. Yeah sure.

I Had two asian's calling. Seem to be Philippine accent. Very pushy in trying to sell holidays. Call themselves Continental breaks. Webpage scam checks confirm scam. Website is less than 1 year old and is in Philippines.Travel Australia denies it is associated with company. Beware.

Just had a call from this person too.his name was jack Nelson selling holiday breaks for $ 249 for a company called continental breaks. The deal was 14 nights accomodation through out Australia and New Zealand. The catch was you have to buy a meal at the hotel.

l also have had them ring me for months, months, pretty sure they are NOT legit, please BEWARE.

I got a phone call for some Hotel Offers tonight Thursday 21/11/2013 at 8:08 pm from Nancy & Jack Nelson in regards the Holiday pack promotion for Hotel apparently called Continental Bregs???? (difficult to understand the Asian accent)
How I can find if the offer & the place are real ???
The phone shows "no result" according to them the address of the company is West Perth , WA,6005
