rang twice [ 2 times for the dummies ] 5 rings hangs up

Scam Call Asian Voice fishing for information.

Asian voice, first did not speak then someone behind/in the background was prompting, offering government subsidised solar panels.

When I probe in, hung up.

Caller: 61867395

Initial silence , then…asian (?) effeminate male voice…”hello, how are you? I’m Jan”.
Me..”I don’t know any Jans”. About to hang up.
Then, “ No not Jan, Dan.”
Me…” I don’t know any Dans”. Then I hung up.

rang and asked me to confirm my address after he told me what it was told him no it wasn't and none of his business where i live then i hung up

Said hello, no voice. Eventually get the sound of a little "ping!". Seems to be probing for valid numbers to call later.
