As soon as I answered with "good morning" they hung up. Tried to call back but it clicked then "call failed" comes up on my screen

Tried to call back and call immediately ended. Never rang.

Every time I have answered its a crap line and I cant hear them properly, then went I reject the call and they leave a voicemail, they are talking on the message as if I picked up..."Hello, can I speak to _________ please". I have blocked the number.

Same, call failed coming up when trying to call.
