Caller: Claimed to be a company called OBC

Asked to speak to the manager, claimed she had spoken to him previously. Which is a lie according to the boss..
When i asked what was the nature of the call she said about telstra account. I told her we only deal with a local telstra office, she became a smart alec, then hung up..

Caller: Claimed to be Optus

Tried to setup a video call to discuss my Telstra account and was persistent she didn't want our company to change from Telstra to Optus. Told her we have Optus account manager and she hung up.

Caller: OBC

caller claimed to be from a company called obc, asked to speak to the boss.When questioned she said it was about telstra account and that she had spoken to him recently, when i said that we have a telstra agent we deal with she that did not requireus to call interstates.. she said something smart and hung up
