This is yet another "Telstra Technical Department" scam to add to the loooooong list.

They are still at it. They phoned on Monday 2.30 pm & 7.35 pm on one on line but line open. It is good that people take the time to alert others.

They say their from Telstra Technical Department but there not. Nearly scammed money from my elderly fathers bank account by gaining access to his laptop. He thought they were trying to fix his internet. Thank goodness he told us and we stopped the payments going from his account.

Scam caller, hang up on then immediately, they are claiming to be calling from telstra trying to get you to do things to your computer, don't do it your computer will crash and they will ask you for Money to fix it. Hang up on then.
