This is an auto dialer testing to see if your number is valid. It starts with a recorded message stating they are ' NBN Co'. They then ask you to press '1' in order to speak to an assistant (with very thick Indian accent). She then asks you to log into your computer and follow her instructions. This is SCAM to steal information from your computer.

I had a call from this number AGAIN this morning. It is a recorded message saying they are from the NBN and to press some number to be connected. It’s a scam.

This number just keeps calling every half an hour, very annoying.

Called after 10pm WTF.
