We keep getting a call from this number as well and it is SO annoying - I've also tried the response of just saying "hello" and actually got a guy on the phone and he asked me if the number he called was a business and I said yes and NOT to call again but hey presto, they're calling again!!!  Anyone have any idea who it is????

This number keeps ringing this government office and when we answer with title o fgovernemnt unit they simply hang up. So today instead of answering with our office name I said "Hello" and bingo they thought they had someone they could sell something to so instead of hanginfg up the caller said Hi, it's Aaron from Pure Water.
