Caller: Angela from NBN Very rude. She told me she was Angela from NBN and asked me "how are you". I replied that I was in a lot of pain with my legs which keep me up all night and she did not even reply but just Hung up on me. ( I am in an area which can only get ADSL and not the NBN anyway)
