Claiming to be from the ATO. My instant reply: "I don't believe you, go F**** yourself," then hung up.

i was told it was an officer from the ATO and i said oh officers work for the ATO now do they?? I was then asked my name and i advised no and what do you want..
Caller advised that he was calling and wanted to know if i wanted to get F$%ked by an ATO officer...
i terminated the call

They advised I had committed a crime against the ATO and requested my lawyer's details. I informed them I would contact the ATO - they then hung up.
When I call the number back, it says the mobile number if disconnected.

They said it was ATO scam
