I got called in the middle of the night at 01h37 am the 23rd of December 2017 by this number over here in Switzerland and I do not know anyone there, so I have no idea who this is and why I got called!

I have tried to call this number (07) 5636 3555 , but now it is put off and I have send a txt message. Nobody replied. It is really strange.
