The goverment police wont stop them but will book u if u did 61 on a 60 zone

I had them call me today and tried to call back but it says network fault. They have rung twice and hung up both times.

This number is calling me and hangs up. Calls mobile. Is associated with (07) 5680 0300.  Does anyone know who these pains are and how to stop them?
