Harassed by this Company (Non-Stop)

Community Network, under investigation by fair trading authorities amid allegations it fails to deliver digital advertising and keeps on charging customers who have told it to stop. If the transactions which cost small businesses thousands of dollars are covered by the ACL, the OFT will consider enforcement action. It’s understood NSW Fair Trading and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission are supporting the probe.

been stung be these mongrels too. locked into 4 year contract despite being assured it was fixed term ( pressured to sign b4 fully reading contract). They eventually agreed to cancel contract after a 3 year term, and charged accordingly despite not advertising for the last 12 months

There seems to be a few company's similar to The Community Network around at the moment and they appear to have a similar model. The product itself is great and gives the exposure they describe. You just need to be aware of the terms of the contract. It was explained to me at the time I went ahead and my experience has been ok so far.

I read these reviews before going ahead with advertising. I thought I'd give it a go because it seemed a reasonable advertising option. A little slow to with artwork, but overall not to bad. Results have been great so far. Seems like some people need to read what they sign.

I retract my above statement, issues were resolved very quickly after my initial complaint. What I was was offered was indeed delivered. Thanks Community Network for addressing my issues so promptly.

Absolutely cheaters. Disgrace to tne name of business. No ethics at all. Do not sign anything. Lots of hidden clauses. I am still suffering them. Looking for legal option.

This company called " Community network" is basically an international group (MIS) dealing in many countries and everywhere same complains about this business.
They are very dodgy and only thing they are after is your money. Never sign a contract with them.

BE VERY WARY - lock you into a 4 year contract even though you signed only a 2 year. If you don't cancel within 12 months they auto rollover. Spend your money more wisely elsewhere.

DON'T DO IT! They renew contracts 2 years ahead so once you realise it has no end date they've got you locked in for another 2 years of payments!! It's an absolute disgrace!

Do not sign a thing or listen to their salesman Corey Hodgins. Absolute hopeless and nothing like the sales people project. Save your money and advertise somewhere else
