My wife, myself and my three children were in Australia Fair on Tuesday the 24th and decided to have a sandwich at the Subway stand. A member of your staff was cleaning the food display counter using a rug and some cleaning product. When we were ready to order, she stop the cleaning, picked up a rubber glove and put it over her right hand using the other hand off course.
She never washed her hands before doing this and the whole thing was disgusting to say the least. Having worked in hospitality before and having owned my own Coffee Shop I know that this approach to cleanliness and hygiene does not conform with the Australian Health and Safety regulations.
