Hi , has anyone got their money back from these scammers?? What action can we take to get out money - any advice would be great thank you

I have just been dealing with the cba as this group did same took money out of CC after 12 months saying they sent renewal email which I never received and I never signed up for a renewal service clearly said on paperwork one off payment 12 months ago and realized too late it was a scam so wrote it off then but to try this again am in a dispute with banks as there trying to use paperwork from 12 months ago to prove the money is theirs if anyone has had any dealings with these people CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD

APP NATION...previously Apps r us..phone number is (07) 5568 0735, don't be fooled by this scam, the app does not work, not one call in 12 months and they debit my account again after 12 month with no authorisation. The bank is going to deal with them and I will be reporting them to the police. BEWARE of APP NATION

Scammers changed name.....Beware people Apps r us have changed their name to App Nation. Kristine Holley and Fiona Pearce have changed the business name, hoping that people will not link the complaints of Apps r us to App Nation, they were previously Advertising r us and Diamond digital print.. Still the same people scamming businesses just another name change.. People be warned do not deal with App Nation

The realestate company doesn't know anything about them and they have been scammed the same way as they were offered a free app over the phone saying it will not cost them anything. No Proof of distribution of the app. It is a hidden link and no one can find it so it is useless in the form of advertising.


Contact us on 0432 145 059 if you need more information and I strongly suggest that you investigate this matter and take legal action as these people are scamming small business owners. And I suggest that you change the credit card details used to pay them as they will renew the advertisement without your consent and will not refund money.

Apps R Us hit my radar when n unauthorized bank account debit was noticed. Point of interest on this is, I had never heard of them. Early September I get a call from Lisa from Apps Nation about a local commercial real estate and if we were interested in taking part with their app. As I had dealt with the commercial real estate from leasing sheds, knew them personally and thought why not. Fast forward...had actually forgotten about this you beaut app that spreads the word apparently until today. Apps R Us have plenty of social media coverage, but no business website to found except for plenty of stories like the ones right here. As for getting my money back, it will be pretty simple...reimburse or suffer the sh*t storm coming Apps R Us way. I'm not that old but there is something about old school tactics worked them and can still work today if you get where I;'m coming from.

They are thief and criminal out business making $200k per month and we plan lawsuit soon a**hole

this company is a scammer , first they contacted me claiming it is new in w.a and all the real-estate and their client will use this append this is great opportunity for my business and I can pay half of the fee and after some period of time I can pay the rest and if it was not useful I can cancel. offcourse I didn't know how to work it out and use it so I rang them and I told them I can not use it and it is not useful for my business , I wanted cancel .they charged me the rest of the money even I told them I am not interested and I can not use it. this morning to my surprise after one year they have charged me again

this company has all so ripped me off . charging my visa with out my consent. this company are criminals. do not use them

I have just seen a contract that you signed authorising this advertising and you have had the app for the past 12months I've been told. I also had a link to the app sent to me so I'm not sure what has happened here but it looks like maybe you haven't kept up with your end of the contract Luke Goggin Real Estate. SHAME ON YOU.

If anyone is approached to advertise on our appsareus site please don't. We don't have anything to do with them and don't recommend them. They do not have permission to use our name and have not been given your name by us. I have received numerous complaints that they are taking money from peoples accounts without out permission. Steer well clear of them.

BEWARE - DO NOT USE APPSRUS! They are scammers. I have been done too with credit card charges unathorised. Please warn others.

This business Apps r us is being run by a person named Kristine Holley who was the owned of Advertising R Us and Diamond Digital Print, I did a little research when I received a call to offer me an app for the local real estate Harcourts, when I was offered the free fights I thought its a little too good to be true, so I investigated the company and found that this is a scam, I think people stay clear of this one they have changed names but still scamming businesses by the look of it.

Can you please explain to me why I cannot get my refund. I never got to approve any proof, and then was charged again for another 12 months. I can never get a hold of anyone, my emails are never answered. when I did get to speak to someone they said I would be refunded and all I had to do was send her an email, which I have done and guess what no refund, I have since sent her two more emails and no reply. The service you offer is disgusting, and I have no choice but to now go to consumer affairs

Fiona Pearce is a kiwi woman making 25k a week, she gives half to kristine holley. kris is the real owner as she directs the company and so called owner. there lowlife people who get enjoyment out of putting thousands into poker machines.

Kristine Holley does own Apps r us, and the company is a huge scam. Fiona Pearce is a scammer who runs the sales team. They paid a couple of thousand for the app making program and make huge profits on lies and greed. I cant believe people are as dumb as dog shiit and buy this crap. It is a app that does nothing and is good for nothing. Please people stop paying Kristine Holley huge money to do nothing.

I have read some of the comments I have to agree the whole feel of Apps r us resides to a scam. When you call the office and the office person as to find the right person to cancel your subscription not that I had one in the first place. My credit card was still charged $218.90.
