had a call today as well and the lady said she was from the Australian contact centre something or other. she asked how I was then she hung up. Googled the nulber (07) 5521 3368 and this came up. So I have blocked the number. if its on your Iphone, click on the Information icon located to the right side of the number, scroll all the way down the screen and click ""Block this caller" Simple!

Called two days in a row. Yesterday, caller did not speak before hanging up. Today, said it was in regards to life insurance. Have since blocked them.

I got a phone call today from (07) 5512 3366 which was the australian contact centre, came company. So they are calling from variations of the number listed here. Very annoying.

had the same number come up on my phone today....when i called back i got an answering machine that said the company name was Aus Protect. googled the company name and number...nothing comes up under that name...no ABN either. Sure sounds like a scam to me... best bet is to block the f*ckers

Thanks to everyone who contributed here, have had this number call a few times, they are now blocked now that I know who they are :)

Rang & when I answered they hung up. They have been ringing my husbands mobile just about every day.

They have called me each day for the last 3 days, finally got around to looking them up. They just hang up as soon as I answer, I have now blocked them. I have not got time for their antics

Two calls in one day, both hangups so presume the business, if it can be called that, really wants to annoy people. Rang the number. Recorded message received 'they represent a number of financial institutions'. Call back during business hours. But they called me at 7:30pm which is hardly business hours! To stop being contacted they want an email. But THEY rang me. Why should I jump through hoops to get rid of them. I will join the legion of people who are currently blocking them... until they get a new number. Now, with an 07 prefix, what state fair trades body should I report them to?
